4. AI Processing

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with CV analysis and candidate evaluation. AI-generated scores and insights are used as a decision-support tool and are always reviewed in the context of a human-led hiring process. No hiring decision is made solely on the basis of automated processing.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing your application), legitimate interests (improving our platform and preventing fraud), compliance with legal obligations, and - where required - your explicit consent.

6. Data Sharing

Your information may be shared with:

• The hiring organisation that posted the position you applied for
• Third-party service providers that help us operate the Platform (such as cloud storage, email delivery, and AI providers), under strict data processing agreements
• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your application data for up to 12 months after the conclusion of a recruitment process, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you have given consent to be considered for future opportunities. Assessment data may be retained for a shorter period. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
