By accessing or using the Prodigio hiring platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and any other users of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Prodigio provides a technology platform that enables organisations to manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate applications, assessments, and hiring decisions. The Platform is operated by Prodigio and made available to companies and their prospective employees.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all applications and assessments
• Not attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or deceive any assessment or evaluation process
• Not upload malicious files, spam, or content that violates applicable law
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Respect the confidentiality of any assessment content you encounter

5. Assessment Integrity

The Platform includes assessments designed to evaluate candidate suitability. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute assessment questions or content. Any attempt to circumvent anti-cheat measures or to complete assessments using unauthorised assistance may result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to the hiring organisation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software - are the property of Prodigio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prodigio does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodigio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if Prodigio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications

Prodigio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
