Each AI operation costs credits: CV scoring (1), Smart Fill (2), AI narrative analysis (5), auto-shortlist per candidate (1). Manual actions like posting jobs and managing the pipeline never cost credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly credits roll over for up to 3 months. One-time top-up credits never expire.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly - your new limit kicks in immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paystack. Local payment options (mobile money, bank transfer) available in supported regions.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Starter plan is free forever - use it to get familiar with the platform. Paid plans have no trial period but you can cancel any time.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI features are paused until you buy a top-up or your monthly credits reset. Your pipeline, jobs, and applications are always accessible.
